    We take care of it

Our crew works Monday to Saturday. Wet weather? We reschedule so your lawn is cut right.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Central Kissimmee, Campbell, and Upper Poinciana, with most of our work being in The Oaks Community.

How often will you mow my lawn?

Our maintenance plans are weekly or biweekly (every other week). We highly recommend weekly maintenance for a much healthier lawn. Weekly-cut lawns tend to need fewer chemicals and less fertilizer, and they naturally crowd out weeds. During the colder months, weekly properties are cut biweekly so we don't shock the grass.

What happens if it rains on my service day?

We reschedule for the next available day so your lawn is cut properly. We never rush our work, because we want quality results. If a property is wet, we delay service until it is dry so we don't cause compaction or ruts that would leave lasting damage.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as our crew can reach the yard, you don't need to be there. Our employees are trained to work carefully around sensitive areas such as sprinklers, utilities, and plants without causing damage.

How do I get a quote?

Use the Request a Quote form on the Services page. You can add photos of your yard so we can estimate remotely. If you want a quick estimate, enter the square footage of your entire property into the calculator on the Services page. It may not be exact, but it will give you a rough idea of what maintenance will look like.

I live in an HOA community. How do I report an issue?

Use the Service Requests tab, choose your community, and tell us what you need or what went wrong.
